Collection & delivery

Collect it, or we post it.

We encourage collection from the Drumcondra workshop, and it is our standard. If you live further away we can post your PC anywhere in Ireland by An Post, tracked, signed for and insured. Contact us first so we can arrange it properly.

Standard

Collection in Dublin

Collect from Drumcondra, Dublin 3, by arrangement. It is the safest way to get a high-value machine home, and you can see it running before you take it.

  • We contact you when your system is ready and agree a time.
  • We may ask for photo ID and proof of your order.
  • We hold a finished, paid-for system for 14 days.

Posted anywhere in Ireland

Sent by An Post registered service: tracked, signature on delivery, and insured up to €2,500.

  • Posting is at your own risk, so please contact us before ordering.
  • Delivery terms and any charge are confirmed at the time of order.
  • Please make sure the delivery address is correct and someone can sign for it.

Tell us you would like it posted. We do not post without agreeing it with you beforehand.

We confirm the terms

Delivery terms and any charge are confirmed with you at the time of order, in writing.

We pack and post

Packed carefully after testing, then sent by An Post registered post with tracking and a signature on delivery.

04

Signed for at your door

You get the tracking details, and the parcel is handed over against a signature.
